labeled form fields, high-contrast text, and not a single script required to read or use

Built-in choices
- Structure over decoration: a correct heading hierarchy, genuine list and table markup with header rows — the landmarks assistive tech steers by.
- Zero JavaScript needed: every page renders and every form submits with scripts disabled.
- Labels on every input, keyboard-reachable controls, and visible focus.
- Text that scales: the layout is set in relative units and holds together under browser zoom and large text settings.
- Contrast: body text and controls exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- The telephone as a full alternative: anything the website offers — the research, the callback, the introduction — is equally available by calling or texting the number above.
The standard aimed for
The working target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. This is a small, hand-built site, which cuts both ways: little complexity to go wrong, and no accessibility team behind it — so real reports from real users matter more than a conformance badge would.
