- Fremont County requires a driveway permit for any new access onto a county
  road or highway — county roads through the Public Works Dept. / Road &
  Bridge, highway approaches through the Idaho Transportation Department

  application for new builds off county roads requires certification that the
  driveway permit was submitted.
- Idaho Code § 55-2205(1)(c): excavation notice to the one-number service
  (811 / Digline / 1-800-342-1585) not less than 2 nor more than 10 business
